The probability of a fair coin landing heads is a half, and the probability of it landing tails is a half.
It does not matter which way up the coin lands on the 3rd spin; it's just got to land the same way up on the 7th spin.

On the 7th spin the coin will either land the same way up as on the 3rd spin, or the opposite way up.
Both are equally likely, so the probability of it landing the same way up is 0.5.
