10 degrees.

Total clock= 360 degrees
5 mins=30 degrees
120 degrees/30 degrees*5=20 mins
20 mins= one third of one hour.
One hour =30 degrees,
so one third of 30 degrees= 10 degrees,
so hour hand turns 10 degrees.

120 degrees is 1/3 of 360 degrees
therefore the hour hand moves 1/3 of 30 degrees (how far it moves in one hour)
therefore the hour hand moves 10 degrees.

Because the Hour hand moves five minutes as the Minute hand moves 60 minutes,
the Hour hand's movements must be worth a 12th of the Minute hand.
So if the Minute hand moves 120 degrees, the Hour hand must move 10 degrees.

The minute hand moves 1/3 of the clock circle.
So the hour hand moves 1/3 of the way from 4 to 5.
This represents 1/36 of the whole circle = 10 degrees.
