Point C iii

In this movie we again move C to C1 along a line parallel to AB. The result is a right-angled triangle.

We then rotate the triangle to produce a rectangle and we then divide the rectangle into squares.
How many unit squares does each of these squares cover?
So what is the area of triangle ABC1 ?

On the next page we apply a shear to the original triangle that moves two points, A and B, but leaves C invariant.
