This file shows several visualisations of the transformation, in animated form.
Some just show the grid, some just the house, some show both and some use an arrow in place of the house.
The file also contains two JAVA worksheets that allow you to modify the direction of the transformation.
You will probably find that some visualisations are more salient than others!
